About us
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of littleexploradoreshub.com and any sessions you book. The site and programme Little Exploradores Lab are operated by Little Exploradores Hub, run by Elizabeth Rios as a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom.
Acceptance
By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book.
Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are made via the form on our website. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Free Fiesta launch sessions can be cancelled at any time before the session — please let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer the place to another family. Paid sessions (announced in future) can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Behaviour & safety
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any participant to leave a session if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or compromises the wellbeing of other families. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children in their care at all times.
Photography
We may take photographs or short video clips during sessions for use on our website, social media and marketing materials. If you do not wish you or your child to appear, please tell us in writing before the session begins.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, illustrations, the Lucas mascot, brand marks and the programme name 'Little Exploradores Lab' — is the property of Little Exploradores Hub / Elizabeth Rios and is protected by UK copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law.
Data protection
We process your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We only use the data you give us to manage your bookings, communicate with you about sessions, and (with your consent) send you our newsletter. You can ask us to amend or delete your data at any time by emailing spanishsensoryplay@gmail.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
